FLOORING MATERIAL IMPACT LOAD MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND FLOORING MATERIAL SAFETY EVALUATION DEVICE
To provide a flooring material impact load measurement device configured to measure an impact load when a user falls down on a flooring material in a simulated manner, in order to obtain a relevance between a rigidity of the flooring material and a risk of a fracture of femur.SOLUTION: A flooring material impact load measurement device includes: a buffer material 10 formed with a material simulating a human soft tissue and arranged overlapping an upper part of an evaluation flooring material 9 made of the same material of a flooring material; a weight 11 having a weight based on a pressure distribution to be applied to a trochanteric region of a femur by a simulated fall; a striking part 19 formed into a shape simulating the trochanteric region; an impact application part 6 configured to drop the weight and the striking part held at a prescribed drop height according to a height of the simulated fall, and apply an impact by the weight on the evaluation flooring material with the striking part abutting on the buffer material; and load measurement means 8 configured to measure an impact load generated on the evaluation flooring material by the drop of the weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】床材の剛性と大腿骨骨折のリスクとの関連性を得るために使用者が床材上で転倒したときの衝撃荷重を模擬的に測定する床材衝撃荷重測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】床材と同一材料の評価床材9の上部に重ねて配置され、人体軟組織に模擬した材料で形成した緩衝材10と、模擬する転倒により大腿骨の転子部に加わる圧力分布に基づいた重さの錘11と、転子部に模擬した形状に形成した打撃部19と、模擬する転倒の高さに基づいた所定の落下高さで保持した錘及び打撃部を落下させ、打撃部が緩衝材に接触した状態で錘が評価床材に衝撃を付与する衝撃付与部6と、錘の落下で評価床材に生じた衝撃荷重を計測する荷重計測手段8と、を備えている。【選択図】図3
