SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM
To provide a sewage treatment system that can maintain a positive level of concentration of oxygen dissolved in sewage flowing in a sewerage culvert downstream of a relay pumping station, and is capable of preventing the corrosion of sewer pipes by changing the microbial state of the inner wall of the sewer pipes.SOLUTION: A sewage treatment system comprising a sewage treatment facility comprising: dehydration means that receives excess sludge from a first settling basin and/or returned sludge from a final settling basin and dehydrates the sludge; a microbial material manufacturing apparatus that aerobically ferments the dehydrated sludge from the dehydration means to produce microbial materials containing spores of aerobic microorganisms generated after the aerobic fermentation; a microbial activating apparatus that makes the spores of the microbial material germinate for activation; and oxygen supply means to supply oxygen to the sewage at one of the relay pump stations, wherein the activated microbial material and the sewage containing oxygen supplied from the oxygen supply means are sent from the relay pumping stations to the sewage treatment facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】中継ポンプ場下流の下水道管渠を流下する下水の溶解酸素濃度をポジティブに保つとともに、前記下水道管渠の内壁の微生物状態を変えて、該下水道管渠の腐食を防止することのできる下水処理システムを提供する。【解決手段】最初沈殿池からの余剰汚泥および/または最終沈殿池からの返送汚泥を受け、これを脱水するための脱水手段、この脱水手段からの脱水汚泥を好気性微生物を好気性発酵させ、この好気性発酵以降に生成された好気性微生物の芽胞を含有する微生物資材を製造する微生物資材製造装置、前記微生物資材の前記芽胞を発芽させて、活性化させる微生物活性化装置、および前記中継ポンプ場のいずれかの箇所の下水に酸素を供給する酸素供給手段を備え、中継ポンプ場から、前記活性化された微生物資材および前記酸素供給手段から供給された酸素を含む下水を前記下水処理設備に送ることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
