To provide a dwelling house in which exhaust heat from a device installed in a wall of the dwelling house does not adversely affect the environment in the living space, and maintenance and renewal of the device can be easily performed, thereby improving the crime prevention property of the storage location of the device.SOLUTION: A wall portion 14 facing the outside of a second space 6 of a garage provided in a dwelling house is provided with a hollow portion 37 formed therein in which an outdoor side opening 35 is opened in the outdoor direction. The outdoor side opening 35 of the hollow portion 37 is provided with a door 43 in a freely openable state. An electronic lock which locks or unlocks the door 43 for opening/closing the outdoor side opening 35 of the hollow portion 37 is controlled by control means so as to be able to be unlocked only at a preset time. Therefore, the exhaust heat from a device 48 accommodated in the hollow portion 37 is released into the second space 6 of the garage. Further, since the electronic lock can be unlocked only during the set time, the device 48 can be easily maintained and updated, resulting in excellent crime prevention property.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】住宅の壁内に設けられた機器からの排熱が居住空間内の環境に悪影響を与えることがなく、その機器の維持管理および更新を容易に行うことができ、機器の収容箇所の防犯性を向上することができる住宅の提供。【解決手段】住宅内に設けられる車庫の第二空間６の屋外に面する壁部１４には、屋外方向へ屋外側開口部３５が開口する中空部３７が形成されている。中空部３７の屋外側開口部３５には、扉４３が開閉可能に設けられている。中空部３７の屋外側開口部３５を開閉する扉４３を施錠または解錠する電子錠は、制御手段によって、予め設定された時間のみ解錠可能に制御される。従って、中空部３７内に収納された機器４８からの排熱は、車庫の第二空間６内に放出される。また、電子錠の解錠が設定された時間のみ可能となっているので、機器４８の維持管理および更新を容易に行うことができ、防犯性に優れている。【選択図】図４
