To suppress air from flowing into other spaces in a building from a predetermined room.SOLUTION: A dwelling house comprises: a first area A1 having an independent private room 14 that can directly supply air from an outside and exhaust air to the outside with an exhaust fan 51; a second area A2 having a common area adjacent to the first area; and a third area A3 having a living area 21 adjacent to the second area. The third area has a more positive pressure than those in the first area and the second area. An air flow from the third area toward the second area is formed. A door D1 that can be opened and closed is provided between the first area and the second area, and when the first fitting is closed, air circulation between the first area and the second area is blocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】空気が所定の部屋から建物内の他の空間へ流入することを抑制することができる。【解決手段】外部から直接給気するとともに排気ファン５１にて外部へ排気可能な独立個室１４を有する第１領域Ａ１と、第１領域と隣接する共用部を有する第２領域Ａ２と、第２領域と隣接するリビング２１を有する第３領域Ａ３と、を備え、第３領域は、第１領域及び第２領域よりも正圧とされ、第３領域から第２領域に向かう空気の流れが形成され、第１領域と第２領域との間には、開閉可能な扉Ｄ１が配置され、第１の建具が閉状態においては、第１領域と第２領域との間の空気の流通は遮断されている。【選択図】図１
