SHEATH COUPLER, INSERTION TOOL FOR FORMING SHEATH END CONNECTION, AND CONCRETE SEGMENT INSTALLATION METHOD
To allow the installation of concrete segments, including those for floor slabs that are thin, while ensuring rigidity around a sheath coupler.SOLUTION: A sheath coupler 20 for connecting open ends 3a of a pair of sheath connecting pipes 3 facing each other at sheath end connections 2b of end faces 2a of a pair of concrete segments 2 in which a sheath 4 for inserting a PC steel wire is embedded, comprises: a pair of joint members 21 inserted into a pair of sheath end connections 2b, respectively, whose rear side end parts are inserted into the open ends of the sheath 4; and a flexible hose member 22, fitted to the other end of the pair of joint members 21, which hermetically connects the pair of joint members 21. Step parts 21a on which the end part of the flexible hose member 22 abuts are formed on the other end sides of the joint members 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
