To form a sheath connection port with a simple structure which resists displacement securely without concrete peeling damage.SOLUTION: On an insertion tool 410 for molding a sheath connection port are provided core material 411 which has a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the opening end 3a of a pair of sheath connection pipes 3 embedded in the opposite positions on the end surface 2a of a pair of concrete segments 2 which are formed in a state of being butted to each other through a formwork 1 and on which the rubber sheet 13 is inserted in a state of being wound around the opening end of the pair of sheath connection pipes, and a diameter enlarging flange 411a which is connected to the core material, has a larger outer diameter than the outer diameter of the open end of the pair of sheath connection pipes and in contact with the formwork 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6A
