SLAG FINE AGGREGATE USED FOR SPRAYING MORTAR, SPRAYING MORTAR USING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SLAG FINE AGGREGATE USED FOR SPRAYING MORTAR
To provide a slag fine aggregate used for a spraying mortar, capable of reducing a rebound amount of a mortar when the mortar is sprayed; a spraying mortar using the same; and a method for producing a slag fine aggregate used for a spraying mortar.SOLUTION: A slag fine aggregate of this invention, used for a spraying mortar, is made of a steel slag and consists of a sandy slag having a grain diameter of more than 0 mm and 3 mm or less. Moreover, the spraying mortal of this invention is made by mixing the slag fine aggregate with cement and water. Moreover, a method of this invention for producing the spraying mortar includes: a steel-manufacturing step of obtaining the steel slag in a molten state; a cooling and solidifying step of cooling and solidifying the steel slag in the molten state, obtained in the steel-manufacturing step; and a granulating step of crushing, beneficiating, and classifying the steel slag after the cooling and solidifying step to obtain a granulated slag having the grain diameter of more than 0 and 3 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】モルタルを吹き付けた際のモルタルのリバウンド量を低減できる吹き付け用モルタルに用いるスラグ細骨材及びそれを用いた吹き付け用モルタル並びに吹き付け用モルタルに用いるスラグ細骨材を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る吹き付け用モルタルに用いるスラグ細骨材は、製鋼スラグから生成され、粒径が0mmより大きくかつ3mm以下の範囲内にある砂状スラグからなる。また、本発明に係る吹き付け用モルタルは、上述のスラグ細骨材、セメント及び水が混練されたものである。また、本発明に係るスラグ細骨材を製造する方法は、溶融状態の製鋼スラグを得る製鋼工程と、製鋼工程で得られた溶融状態の製鋼スラグを冷却固化させる冷却固化工程と、冷却固化工程の後に、製鋼スラグに対して破砕、選鉱及び分級を行い、粒径が0mmより大きくかつ3mm以下の範囲内にある砂状スラグを得る砂状化工程とを含む。【選択図】図1
