FOLDED JOINT DISMANTLING MACHINE, AND FOLDED JOINT DISMANTLING METHOD FOR FOLDED JOINTED ENCLOSURE
PURPOSE: To provide a folded joint dismantling machine and a folded joint dismantling method capable of easily and quickly separating a connection at a folded joint section of a folded jointed enclosure, reducing work load of workers, as well as facilitating the folded jointed enclosure to be dismantled.CONSTITUTION: A folded joint dismantling machine is configured to comprise: a receiving roll 1 in a generally truncated conical shape; a pressing roll 3 in generally reversed truncated conical shape; and a folded joint unfolding tool 4 having a folded joint unfolding part 41 formed in a generally wedge-like shape, wherein the folded joint unfolding tool 4 is arranged at a front position of a travel direction of the receiving roll 1 and the pressing roll 3 and near a point where a circumference of the receiving roll 1 and a circumference of the pressing roll 3 are overlapped to each other, and both or either of the receiving roll 1 and the pressing roll 3 are/is rotated by a motor drive part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】馳締外囲体の馳締部における連結している状態を、簡易且つ迅速に引き離し、作業員の労力を軽減するとともに馳締外囲体を容易に解体できる馳締解体機及び馳締解体工法を提供すること。【構成】略截頭円錐形状の受けロール１と、略逆截頭円錐形状の押圧ロール３と、略くさび状に形成された馳開き部４１を有する馳起こし治具４とを備え、前記馳起こし治具４は前記受けロール１と前記押圧ロール３の進行方向の前方位置で且つ前記受けロール１の外周と前記押圧ロール３の外周の重なり箇所付近に設けられ、前記受けロール１と前記押圧ロール３の両方もしくは一方をモータ駆動部５により回転駆動してなる構成とすること。【選択図】 図１
