JOINT STRUCTURE OF FOLDED PLATE ROOF PLATE
PURPOSE: To provide a joint structure for a folded plate roof plate which can be easily constructed and has extremely excellent waterproof resistance against ingress of rainwater in a tightening type folded plate roof.CONSTITUTION: In a folded plate roof plate A1 located on a downstream side, a step portion 24 is formed on the upstream side in a longitudinal direction, a step bottom surface portion 21 lower than a bottom surface portion 11 is formed via the step portion 24. In a lower seam portion 14, an excised portion 14c in which an above portion is excised is provided, and a drainage recess 25 formed from the step portion 24 toward the downstream side of the bottom surface portion 11 is provided. A folded plate roof plate A2 located on the downstream side has an upper connecting area portion J2. The upper connecting area portion J2 is superimposed on a lower connecting area portion J1 so that a downstream side end of the folded plate roof plate A2 is placed at a predetermined distance on the downstream side of the bottom surface 11 with the step portion 24 of the folded plate roof plate A1 as a boundary. A strip shaped sealing material 3 is arranged along the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction on the downstream side of the step bottom surface portion 21 of the folded plate roof plate A1 and the folded plate roof plate A2, and is sandwiched between the lower connecting area portion J1 and the upper connecting area portion J2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】馳締タイプの折板屋根において雨水の浸入に対する防水性を極めて優れたものにでき且つ簡単に施工できる折板屋根板の継手構造とする。【構成】水下側に位置する折板屋根板A1は、長手方向水上側に段部24が形成され段部24を介して底面部11よりも低い段差底面部21が形成され、下馳部14は上方部分が切除された切除部14cが設けられ、段部24箇所より底面部11の水下側に向かって形成された水抜き凹部25とを有する。水下側に位置する折板屋根板A2は、上接続領域部J2を有する。折板屋根板A1の段部24を境にして底面部11の水下側の所定間隔離れた位置に、折板屋根板A2の水下側端部が載置されるようにして下接続領域部J1に上接続領域部J2が重合されること。折板屋根板A1の段差底面部21と折板屋根板A2の水下側に、帯状シール材3が長手方向に直交する幅方向に沿って配置され下接続領域部J1と前記上接続領域部J2とで挟持される。【選択図】 図1
