To provide a cover body for an underfloor storage or an access port that can decrease a thickness dimension of the cover body, and has light weight for easy handling, while having a constant heat insulation property.SOLUTION: A rear side member 3 comprises an upper surface part 31, a lower surface part 32 where its lower part is swollen, and a grid structure (or honeycomb structure) reinforcement rib part 33 that is configured by being arranged inside a space formed by coupling the upper surface part 31 and the lower surface part 32, which are formed of a synthetic resin material respectively. The rear side member 3 is constituted by integrating the upper surface part 31, the lower surface part 32 and the reinforcement rib part 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
