TRACK PAD AND RAIL SUPPORT STRUCTURE
To provide a track pad and a rail support structure capable of significantly reducing the friction between the track pad and a rail, preventing the track pad from coming off from sleepers or tie plates, and also making components consisting the track pad resistant to be separated, thereby improving the durability.SOLUTION: A track pad placed between a rail and a sleeper or a tie plate is provided with a plate-shaped elastic member and a low-friction sheet material fixed on a surface of the elastic member that comes into contact with the rail, the friction sheet material including an upper surface serving as a mounting surface of the rail which has a low friction coefficient in at least one direction, and being fixed on the above-mentioned surface of the elastic member so that the direction with the low friction coefficient of the upper surface matches the laying direction of the rail. The elastic member has a plurality of grooves extending in the laying direction of the rail on the surface on the low friction sheet material side, and the low friction sheet material is fixed like a belt to the upper surfaces of a plurality of ridges between the plurality of grooves of the elastic member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】軌道パッドとレールとの間の摩擦を著しく低減化でき、軌道パッドがマクラギ又はタイプレートから脱落することを防止できると共に、軌道パッドを構成する部材の剥がれが発生しにくく耐久性を向上させた軌道パッド及びレールの支持構造を提供する。【解決手段】レールとマクラギ又はタイプレートとの間に介設される軌道パッドは、板状の弾性部材と、弾性部材のレールと接触する面上に固着された低摩擦シート材とを備え、低摩擦シート材は、レールの載置面となる上表面が少なくとも1つの方向に低摩擦係数を有し、上表面の低摩擦係数を有する方向がレールの敷設方向と一致するように弾性部材の上述した面上に固着されている。弾性部材は、低摩擦シート材側の面にレールの敷設方向に延びる複数の溝を有しており、低摩擦シート材は、弾性部材の複数の溝間の複数の凸条の上面に帯状に固着されている。【選択図】図8
