SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION EQUIPMENT REPAIRING METHOD AND SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION EQUIPMENT
To provide a solid-liquid separation equipment repairing method which requires low repair expense, and solid-liquid separation equipment which includes at least solid-liquid separation equipment repaired by the repairing method.SOLUTION: A repairing method for a sand sedimentation basin 10 which has a trough 4 forming a groove 41, which is opened upward, on a basin bottom part, has: a screw conveyor removal process in which a screw conveyor 51 located in the groove 41 is removed; and a transport mechanism installation process in which a hollow long space formation member 71 of which a lower part is provided with an opening, and a discharge port 73a for discharging fluid into an internal space IS defined by an inner peripheral surface of the space formation member 71 are installed in the groove 41 from which the screw conveyor 51 has been removed. In the transport mechanism installation process, the space formation member 71 and the discharge port 73a are installed while so keeping a cross-sectional area of the groove 41 after the screw conveyor 51 has been removed as to be a cross-sectional area of the groove 41 or more before the screw conveyor 51 is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】改修費用が低額ですむ固液分離設備の改修方法、およびその改修方法によって改修された固液分離設備を少なくとも含む固液分離設備を提供する。【解決手段】上方に向かって開放した溝41を形成するトラフ4を池底部に有する沈砂池10の改修方法であって、溝41内に配置されていたスクリューコンベア51を撤去するスクリューコンベア撤去工程と、スクリューコンベア51が撤去された溝41内に、下部に開口が設けられた中空長尺状の空間形成部材71および空間形成部材71の内周面によって画定された内部空間IS内に流体を吐出する吐出口73aを設置する移送機構設置工程とを有し、移送機構設置工程は、スクリューコンベア51が撤去された溝41の断面積を、スクリューコンベア51が撤去される前の溝41の断面積以上に保ったまま、空間形成部材71および吐出口73aを設置する工程である。【選択図】図9
