To provide a NiCuZn-based ferrite that has a μof 500 or more near at 10 kHz and a small change in initial magnetic permeability with respect to temperature.SOLUTION: Provided is a NiCuZn-based ferrite, in which the fundamental components of NiCuZn-based ferrite consist of Fe oxide, Zn oxide, Ni oxide and Cu oxide, and, in terms of composition ratio in the fundamental components, Fe oxide: 48.2 to 50.0 mol% in terms of FeOconversion, Zn oxide: 23.0 to 34.0 mol% in terms of ZnO conversion, Ni oxide: 11.0 to 22.0 mol% in terms of NiO conversion, and Cu oxide: 3.0 to 7.0 mol% in terms of CuO conversion, and the accessory component of NiCuZn-based ferrite consists of Li oxide, and Li oxide: in terms of LiO conversion, 150 to 1250 mass ppm for the total mass of NiCuZn-based ferrite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】10kHz付近でμiが500以上で、かつ温度に対する初透磁率の変化が小さいNiCuZn系フェライトを提案する。【解決手段】NiCuZn系フェライトの基本成分がFe酸化物、Zn酸化物、Ni酸化物およびCu酸化物からなり、基本成分中の組成比で、Fe酸化物:Fe2O3換算で48.2〜50.0mol%、Zn酸化物:ZnO換算で23.0〜34.0mol%、Ni酸化物:NiO換算で11.0〜22.0mol%、およびCu酸化物:CuO換算で3.0〜7.0mol%とし、NiCuZn系フェライトの副成分がLi酸化物からなり、Li酸化物:Li2O換算で、NiCuZn系フェライトの総質量に対して150〜1250質量ppmとする。【選択図】図1
