To provide a reinforcing-bar connecting joint capable of efficiently joining the reinforcing-bars with each other of a precast concrete member, in particular, efficiently collecting and joining tip ends of facing multiple pairs of bars, a structure of reinforcing-bar connecting joint, and a connecting method of precast concrete members.SOLUTION: A reinforcing-bar connecting joint connecting a pair of or multiple pairs of bars has two flange members separately set from each other and a web member connecting the two flange members. Between the two flange members, the reinforcing-bar connecting joint has two reinforcing-bar storing parts surrounded in three faces with the two flange members and the web member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
