The invention discloses a precast concrete member connecting joint, and relates to the technical field of building structures. The connecting joint comprises a member body, connecting rods and connecting pieces. The connecting rods are arranged at the ends of the member body respectively. The connecting rods are embedded into the member body in the length direction of the member body. One ends ofthe connecting rods stretch out of the member body, the connecting rods are used for being arranged on a supporting member, and the connecting pieces are embedded into the member body side by side inthe length direction of the member body. One ends of the connecting pieces are fixedly connected to the connecting rods. The invention further discloses a precast concrete member end connecting method. The method comprises the steps that the portions, stretching out of the member body, of the connecting rods are embedded into concrete; the supporting member needs to supply a supporting portion with enough strength to be connected with the precast concrete member to be flat, and the connecting rods stretching out of the member body are placed on the supporting portion of the supporting member.According to the technical scheme, the ends of the precast concrete member are connected firmly, and construction is convenient.
