To provide the exterior wall structure of a remodeling building saved in construction labor and construction cost, while improving aseismatic strength.SOLUTION: The exterior wall structure 1 of a remodeling building has a skeleton 2 of the building, multiple existing exterior panels 3 at least vertically arranged on the outside of the skeleton 2, frame materials 4 arranged to be extended vertically on the outside of the existing exterior panels 3, and new exterior panels 5 attached to the outside of the frame materials 4. The frame materials 4 are fixed to the existing exterior panels 3 at multiple portions without setting steel plate panels between the existing exterior panels 3 and the frame materials 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐震強度を向上させつつ、施工手間及び工事費の削減が可能となる改修建物の外壁構造を提供すること。【解決手段】改修建物の外壁構造1であって、建物の躯体2と、躯体2の外側において少なくとも上下に並んで配置される複数の既設の外装パネル3と、既設の外装パネル3の外側に上下方向に延びるように配置される枠材4と、枠材4の外側に取り付けられる新設の外装パネル5と、を有し、既設の外装パネル3と枠材4との間に、鋼板パネルを介在させずに、枠材4は、既設の外装パネル3のそれぞれに対して、複数箇所で固定される、改修建物の外壁構造1である。【選択図】図1
