The present invention relates to a building exterior wall remodeling construction method, which smoothly remodels the exterior wall of old buildings. The building exterior wall remodeling construction method comprises: a cleaning step of cleaning the exterior wall of the building, including a damaged area of the exterior wall; a drying step of drying the washed exterior wall of the building; a filling step of filling the damaged area of the building's exterior wall; a marble attachment step of applying an adhesive and attaching marble to the lower part of the building's exterior wall; a panel attachment step of attaching a mosaic panel to the upper part of the building's c wall on which the marble is installed; a first finishing step of finishing the rounded part of the building's exterior wall or a corner part between a front wall and a side wall; and a second finishing step of finishing the upper end of the building's exterior wall is finished with 3 mm-thick marble.
본 발명은 오래된 건물의 외벽을 매끄럽게 리모델링을 수행할 수 있도록 구현한 건물 외벽 리모델링 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 건물 외벽의 손상 부위를 포함하여 상기 건물 외벽을 세척하는 세척 단계; 세척된 상기 건물 외벽을 건조시키는 건조 단계; 상기 건물 외벽의 손상 부위를 메우는 메움 단계; 상기 건물 외벽의 하부에 접착제를 바르고 대리석을 붙이는 대리석 부착 단계; 상기 대리석이 설치된 건물 외벽의 상부에 모자이크 판넬을 붙이는 판넬 부착 단계; 상기 건물 외벽의 라운딩진 부분 또는 전방벽과 측면벽 사이의 모서리 부분을 마감 처리하는 제1 마감 단계; 및 상기 건물 외벽의 상단부에는 3mm 높이의 대리석으로 마감 처리하는 제2 마감 단계;를 포함한다.
