ERRONEOUS START VEHICLE STOP
To reduce severity of an accident even if a vehicle not equipped with an erroneous start suppression function is started by mistake.SOLUTION: Provided is an erroneous start vehicle stop (50) that partition a vehicle entry prohibited area (25) where a vehicle (10) should not enter from a parking area (23) of the vehicle (10). The erroneous start vehicle stop (50) includes: a tabular base plate (51) contacting a road surface; a fixing structure (52) for fixing the base plate (51) to the road surface; a frame-shaped frame (53) fixed so as to stand upward from an upper surface of the base plate (51); and a rotation restricting body (55) for holding an angle formed by the frame (53) with the road surface at a predetermined angle when the frame (53) rotates toward the vehicle entry prohibited area (25). When the frame (53) is erected, it is formed so that a part or all of the rotation restricting body (55) is contained in the frame of the frame (53).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 誤発進抑制機能を搭載していない自動車が誤発進をしてしまった場合であっても、事故の程度を軽減する。【解決手段】 車両(10)を進入させたくない車両進入禁止エリア(25)と車両(10)の駐車エリア(23)とを仕切る誤発進車止め(50)である。誤発進車止め(50)は、路面へ接する板状の基板(51)と、その基板(51)を前記の路面に対して固定する固定構造(52)と、基板(51)の上面から上方向へ立てて固定される枠状のフレーム(53)と、そのフレーム(53)が車両進入禁止エリア(25)側へ回動した場合にそのフレーム(53)が路面となす角度を所定の角度で抑えるための回動規制体(55)と、を備える。フレーム(53)が立設されている場合には、フレーム(53)の枠内に前記の回動規制体(55)の一部または全部が収まるように形成する。【選択図】 図３
