To provide a multiple dwelling house building in which the area of a dwelling unit is enlarged and room allocation and facility equipment can be easily renewed at the time of renewal.SOLUTION: In a multiple dwelling house building 1 provided with a common facility space 40 in a common part 30, the common facility space 40 is provided on each floor 6. The common facility space 40 includes: facility equipment 50 including at least one of an outdoor unit 51 for air conditioning, a water heater 54, and an exhaust facility 57; and main vertical pipes 71, 74, 77, 78 penetrating the common equipment space 40 in the upper and lower floors to constitute piping equipment 60 installed therein. Piping 52 for connecting dwelling units 20 on each floor and the facility equipment 50 provided in the common equipment space 40 is provided therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
