To provide a multiple dwelling house capable of improving comfort of a resident of the houses.SOLUTION: A dwelling unit (20) in the multiple dwelling house is provided with: an indoor space including a first living room (51) having a first window (23w) provided on a front outer wall (23) on a common corridor (10) side and a second living room (52) having a second window (24w) provided on a rear outer wall (24) on a balcony (30) side; and a window front space (80) partitioned from the common corridor via a blindfold wall part (81) and positioned in front of the first window. 【課題】住戸の居住者の快適性を向上させることのできる集合住宅を提供することである。【解決手段】集合住宅における住戸（２０）は、共用廊下（１０）側の正面外壁（２３）に設けられた第１の窓（２３Ｗ）を有する第１の居室（５１）と、バルコニー（３０）側の背面外壁（２４）に設けられた第２の窓（２４Ｗ）を有する第２の居室（５２）とを含む屋内空間と、目隠し壁部（８１）を介して共用廊下と仕切られ、かつ、第１の窓の前方に位置する窓前空間（８０）とを備えている。共用廊下の床面を基準とした目隠し壁部の上端高さは、１６００ｍｍ以上１９００ｍｍ以下である。【選択図】図１
