To provide a roof snow-melting apparatus that has small economical and environmental loads and can melt snow over a wide range.SOLUTION: A roof snow-melting apparatus 1 comprises an apparatus body 3, and a fixing member 4 capable of fitting the apparatus body 3 to a roof material. The apparatus body 3 has a heat radiation surface 31, a heat insulation surface 32, and a fitting surface 33 which cross one another, and has a hollow inner part 34 formed of those surfaces. The heat radiation surface 31, the heat insulation surface 32, and the fitting surface 33 each have both ends covered with a cover member 8. The cover member 8 is provided with a gas intake 81 for letting gas warmed with exhaust heat etc., flow in, and a ventilation port of a building and the gas intake 81 are linked to each other by a pipe 9. The floor snow-melting apparatus 1 is so constituted that the heat insulation surface 32 and the fitting surface 33 are substantially at right angles to each other and an angle θ that the fitting surface 33 and the heat radiation surface 31 form is smaller than a gradient of a roof 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
