To provide a vehicle detection guidance device and vehicle detection guidance system which is easily visually recognized by a driver traveling on a road, allows an installation work to be simple, and has a vehicle guidance function.SOLUTION: A vehicle detection guidance device is installed on a road surface of a parking lot having multiple parking spaces and is arranged in accordance with each one of the parking spaces. The vehicle detection guidance device includes: a vehicle detection section for detecting entrance of a vehicle to a parking space; illumination sections for guiding a vehicle; and a case part for incorporating the vehicle detection section and the illumination sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
