TRACKED CONVEYANCE VEHICLE SYSTEM
To provide a tracked conveyance vehicle system capable of reducing the vibration generated when a conveyance vehicle transfers between track members.SOLUTION: A track member 22 comprises: a pair of side face parts 22b provided along the extending direction of a track 2 and guiding each of a pair of side rollers 11c; and a guide part 22d disposed between the pair of side face parts and facing one of the pair of side face parts, and guiding one of a pair of guide rollers 11d. In connection parts 27 of the track members adjacent to each other, a first joint part 28a being a joint between one side face part and a second joint part 28b being a seam between an other side face are provided so as to be displaced from each other in the extending direction of the track. The guide part is provided so as to face the other side face part that faces the first joint part in the width direction, and also so as to face the one side face part that faces the second joint part in the width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】搬送車が軌道部材を乗り移るときに発生する振動を低減できる、有軌道搬送車システムを提供する。【解決手段】軌道部材22は、軌道2の延在方向に沿って設けられると共に一対のサイドローラ11cのそれぞれをガイドする一対の側面部22bと、一対の側面部の間かつ一対の側面部の一方に対向して配置されると共に、一対のガイドローラ11dの一方をガイドするガイド部22dと、を備える。互いに隣り合う軌道部材の接続部27において、一方の側面部同士の継目である第一継目部28aと、他方の側面部同士の継目である第二継目部28bとが、軌道の延在方向に互いに位置をずらして設けられている。ガイド部は、幅方向において第一継目部に対向する他方の側面部に対向するように設けられると共に、幅方向において第二継目部に対向する一方の側面部に対向するように設けられている。【選択図】図3
