To provide a dwelling where inhabitants can come and go between a habitable room and a washroom through a storage room, and can easily and safely implement taking out of a stored object stored in a storage shelf in the storage room and storage of the stored object into the storage shelf.SOLUTION: A dwelling has a habitable room 2 and a washroom 3 enabling to come and go therebetween through a storage room 4. A floor surface of the habitable room 2 is formed higher than a floor surface of the storage room 4. A doorway 9 is provided at a wall part 8 enabling to come and go mutually between the habitable room 2 and the storage room 4. At a storage room side of the doorway 9, a high floor part 34 is provided which has a floor surface higher than the storage room 4. In the storage room 4, a storage shelf 37 is provided which is adjacent to the high floor part 34 and has a shelf part 38 with a stored object stored therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】居室と洗面室とが収納室を介して行き来可能とされると共に、収納室内の収納棚に収納された被収納物の取り出し、および収納棚への被収納物の収納を容易にかつ安全に行うことができる住宅の提供。【解決手段】住宅は、居室２と洗面室３とが収納室４を介して行き来可能とされる。居室２の床面は、収納室４の床面よりも高く形成されている。居室２と収納室４との間の壁部８には、互いに行き来可能とする出入口９が設けられ、この出入口９の収納室側には、収納室４よりも高い床面を有する高床部３４が設けられる。収納室４には、高床部３４に隣接して、被収納物が収納される棚部３８を有する収納棚３７が設けられる。【選択図】図２
