BUILDING EXTERIOR WALL WORK MECHANIZATION SYSTEM FOR GONDOLA ATTACHMENT
To cope with a situation in which manual work by workers on a gondola suspended from a roof floor is often performed for exterior wall work in spite of increase in height of buildings and past ideas of installation of exterior wall rails, replacement with a gondola dedicated to a machine, and the like for exterior wall work mechanization are not easy to implement.SOLUTION: Work units are mounted on one or more frames actively moving along a rail installed on a skeleton structure of a work gondola to extend a lateral direction work area. There are provided correction of a centroid position of the whole gondola within an allowable range by controlling mutual positions of the actively moving work units and a function for parallel operation of a plurality of types of work units in a single gondola using a plurality of installed rails. Presentation of a specification for mounting a work unit to a moving frame enables manufacturers of various types of work units to enter to a high-place work field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】建築が高層化する一方で、外壁作業は屋上から懸架されたゴンドラでの作業者による手作業が多い。従来、外壁作業機械化は外壁レール設置や機械専用ゴンドラへの交換などが考案されてきたが容易ではない。【解決手段】作業用ゴンドラの骨格構造に設置したレールに沿って能動的に移動する１台以上の架台に作業ユニットを装着し横方向作業域を拡大する。能動的に移動する作業ユニット相互の位置を制御することでゴンドラ全体の重心位置を許容範囲内に補正することと、複数のレールを設置し、同一ゴンドラ内で複数種類の作業ユニットを並列運用する機能を提供する。また、移動架台への作業ユニット装着規格を提示することで各種作業用ユニット製作者による高所作業分野への参入を容易にする。【選択図】図１５
