FOREIGN MATTER DETECTION METHOD AND SYSTEM
To provide a foreign matter detection method and a system capable of accurately and simply detecting a region occupied by a vehicle in an object region.SOLUTION: A foreign matter detection system comprises imaging devices 6, a position determining device 9, region measuring devices 5 and a control device 7. The control device 7 specifies a type of a vehicle 1 from images acquired by the imaging devices 6, specifies a position of the vehicle 1 from positional information acquired by the position determining device 9, specifies a region occupied by the vehicle 1 on the basis of the type and the position of the vehicle 1, acquires detection point data of an object region A by the region measuring devices 5, and detects foreign matters on the basis of the detection point data detected in a region other than the region occupied by the vehicle 1 within the object region A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】対象領域内において車両の占める領域を正確且つ簡便に検知し得る異物検知方法およびシステムを提供する。【解決手段】撮像装置6と、位置判定装置5と、測域装置5と、制御装置7とを備え、前記制御装置7は、前記撮像装置6にて取得された画像から前記車両1の車種を特定し、前記位置判定装置9にて取得された位置情報から前記車両1の位置を特定し、前記車両1の車種および位置に基づき、前記車両1の占める領域を特定し、前記測域装置5により、対象領域Aの被検出点データを取得し、対象領域Aのうち、前記車両1の占める領域以外に検出された被検出点データに基づいて異物検知を行う。【選択図】図1
