FIRE PROOF RESIN MOLDED BODY AND FITTING WITH THE SAME
To provide a fire proof resin molded body excellent in fire retardancy and water resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a fire proof resin molded body 10 having a first layer 11 containing a rein component, polyphosphate and heat expandable graphite, and a second layer 12 arranged on at least one side surface of the first layer and containing a resin component and practically no polyphosphate, in which the resin component of the first layer and the resin component of the second layer are the same resin components. It is a sheet shape in which the polyphosphate is ammonium polyphosphate and percentage of the thickness of the first layer is 90 to 99% based on the total thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】難燃性および耐水性に優れた耐火樹脂成型体の提供。【解決手段】樹脂成分とポリリン酸塩と熱膨張性黒鉛とを含む第1層11と、前記第1層の少なくとも一方の面側に配置され、樹脂成分を含むがポリリン酸塩を実質的に含まない第2層12とを備え、前記第1層の樹脂成分と前記第2層の樹脂成分とが同じ樹脂成分であることを特徴とする耐火樹脂成型体10。また、ポリリン酸塩がポリリン酸アンモニウムであり、第1層の厚みの割合が全厚みに対して90〜99%であるシート形状である。【選択図】図1
