To provide a plate-shaped slide member having a slide layer on a back metal layer, in which slide member a shear less occurs between the slide layer and the back metal layer.SOLUTION: A plate-shaped slide member in the present invention includes a back metal layer that consists of a hypo-eutectoid steel containing 0.07-0.35 mass% of carbon and has a texture consisting of a ferrite phase and a pearlite phase, and a slide layer that consists of a copper alloy substrate portion that is of a copper alloy containing 0.5-12 mass% of Sn and a remainder consisting of Cu and inevitable impurities and a solid lubricant dispersed in the copper alloy substrate portion. The solid lubricant has a volume fraction of 5-35% of the slide layer. The back metal layer has a high pearlite phase portion in a junction surface with the slide layer so that a volume fraction Pc of the pearlite phase in a texture in a central portion in a thickness direction of the back metal layer and a volume fraction Ps of the pearlite phase in the high pearlite phase portion are provided as Ps/Pc≥1.5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】裏金層上に摺動層を有する平板形状の摺動部材であって、摺動層と裏金層とのせん断の生じ難い摺動部材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の平板形状の摺動部材は、裏金層が、0.07〜0.35質量%の炭素を含有する亜共析鋼からなり、フェライト相およびパーライト相からなる組織を有し、摺動層が、0.5〜12質量%のSnを含み、残部がCu及び不可避不純物からなる銅合金である銅合金素地部と、銅合金素地部中に分散した固体潤滑剤とからなる。固体潤滑剤は、摺動層の5〜35%の体積割合を有する。裏金層は、摺動層との接合表面に高パーライト相部を有し、裏金層の厚さ方向の中央部における組織中のパーライト相の体積割合Pcと、高パーライト相部におけるパーライト相の体積割合PsがPs/Pc≧1.5になっている。【選択図】図1
