To provide a U-shaped member installation system capable of installing U-shaped members with satisfactory workability.SOLUTION: A U-shaped member installation system 6 installs a U-shaped member 5 continuously to an existing U-shaped member 5. The U-shaped member installation system 6 includes: a main body 61 that is guided over the existing U-shaped members 5; a running mechanism 62 for running the main body 61 along the existing U-shaped members 5 in the installation direction; and an installation mechanism 64 that grips and lowers a U-shaped member 5 that has not installed yet and installs the same adjacent to the existing U-shaped member 5 at the forefront in the installation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
