ROOF TILE AND OUTER WALL MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a manufacturing method for manufacturing a roof tile and an outer wall material which are light in weight and have bubbles in a foamed state exposed on a surface and have a rough texture and appearance.SOLUTION: A roof tile 10 is obtained by: molding a foam by heating stock solution mixed of, for example a vinyl chloride resin used as a thermoplastic resin, for example xylene used as an organic solvent, for example azodicarbonamide used as a foaming agent, and for example calcium carbonate used as an inorganic filler; forming an original plate for a roof tile by cutting the foam into a predetermined shape so as a cut surface to be an outer surface; and pressing to deform the original plate for the roof tile with a press mold having a press surface in a roof tile shape under heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】軽量でかつ発泡状態の気泡が表面に露出し、ざらついた質感と外観を呈する屋根瓦や外壁材を製造するための製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂として例えば塩化ビニル樹脂、有機溶剤として例えばキシレン、発泡剤として例えばアゾジカルボンアミド及び無機質系充填材として例えば炭酸カルシウムを混合した原液を加熱することで発泡体を成形し、その発泡体を所定の形状にカットしてカット面が外表面となる瓦用原板を作成し、瓦用原板を加熱下において屋根瓦形状のプレス面を有するプレス型でプレスして変形させて屋根瓦１０を得るようにする。【選択図】図６
