WALL ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE, AND ASSEMBLY METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING-TYPE CABIN
To provide a wall engagement structure which can prevent "neck bend" of projecting parts, and an assembly method for an assembling-type cabin that includes the wall engagement structure.SOLUTION: An assembling-type cabin comprises a pair of opposing first walls, four second walls extending over the pair of first walls, and two of third walls, and is built to form an entirely hollow approximate quadrangular prism. The aforesaid multiple types of walls employ an engagement structure K in which projecting parts 48 are plugged into recess parts 49. The recess part 49 is formed as an open hole with its opening edge fully continuing around the hole. The projecting part 48 is designed to have the thickness M1 and the width matching the measurements of the recess part 49's opening. The projecting part 48 is formed to have, in the direction of its thickness, a double layer structure which comprises an outer layer 52 and an inner layer 53 that is deformable and restorable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】凸部の「首折れ」を防止することが可能な壁係合構造を提供する。また、この壁係合構造を含む組み立て式キャビンの組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】組み立て式キャビンは、相対向する一対の第一壁と、この一対の第一壁に跨るように形成される四つの第二壁及び二つの第三壁とを備えて全体が中空の略四角柱形状に形成される。上記複数種の壁の係合構造Kとしては、凹部49及び凸部48の差し込みによる構造が採用される。凹部49は、この凹部49の開口縁が一周続く貫通孔形状に形成される。凸部48は、この凸部48の厚み寸法M1及び幅寸法が凹部49の開口寸法に合わせて設定される。また、凸部48は、この凸部48の厚み方向に凸部外層52と変形・復元可能な凸部内層53とを有する二層構造に形成される。【選択図】図11
