BOX CULVERT
To provide a box culvert which improves the quality of joint parts between walls and top plates and prevents cracks and can be used under high banking conditions.SOLUTION: A side wall 23 of a box culvert 1 consists of precast sidewall members 2. A top plate is composed of a PC plate 5 placed and erected on a haunch 24 protruding inward from the two precast side wall members 2, and cast-in-place concrete 6 formed on the PC plate 5. The thickness of the top plate is 500-2,500 mm, a whole of an end joint 21 between the side wall 23 and the top plate is a part of the precast side wall member 2, and there is no lap joint of reinforcing-bar inside the end joint 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ボックスカルバートにおいて、壁と頂版との接合部の品質の向上とひび割れの防止を図るとともに、高盛土条件下で使用できるようにする。【解決手段】ボックスカルバート１の側壁２３は、プレキャスト側壁部材２からなる。頂版は、２つのプレキャスト側壁部材２から内側へ突出したハンチ２４の上に載置されて架設されているＰＣ版５と、ＰＣ版５の上に形成されている現場打ちコンクリート６とを含み構成される。頂版の厚さは５００〜２５００ｍｍであり、側壁２３と頂版との端接合部２１の全部がプレキャスト側壁部材２の一部であり、該端接合部２１内に鉄筋の重ね継手が無いことを特徴とする。【選択図】図７
