To suppress a structure of sash main member to be complicated, while reducing the risk of water flooding indoors.SOLUTION: It is provided with a vertical member that is fixed to a body of a building at intervals in the longitudinal direction, a sash that is attached to the vertical member and constitutes the exterior or interior of the building, a panel or other sash that is attached to the vertical member and is placed in the longitudinal direction with the sash to form the exterior or interior of the building with the sash, a water cut-off member placed between the sash and the panel or other sash in the longitudinal direction; in the longitudinal direction, the sash is arranged on one side of the water cut-off member, and the panel or another sash is arranged on the other side; the sash is provided with a main body member having an opening and a side member provided on the other side of the main body member; a panel end on one side of the panel, or other sash end on the other side of the other sash, is provided with a panel side contacting part or another sash side contacting part that is in contact with the water blocking member; and a side member end part on the other side of the side member includes a sash side contacting part that is in contact with the water blocking member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
