METHOD FOR PRODUCING SPHERICAL AlN PARTICLES AND SPHERICAL AlN PARTICLES
To provide a method for producing spherical AlN particles by which spherical AlN particles can be produced in a shorter time, in an energy saving manner and at a lower cost by a simpler method than before, and to provide spherical AlN particles.SOLUTION: A method for producing spherical AlN particles is characterized in that a raw material containing Al is granulated into a spherical shape, a combustion synthesis reaction is caused under a nitrogen atmosphere, and a synthesis reaction and a sintering reaction are simultaneously allowed to progress by the heat of formation to form spherical AlN particles. In the present invention, it is preferable to granulate the raw material into a spherical shape with an average particle diameter in the range of 10 to 200 μm. The raw material preferably contains 45 mass% or more and 85 mass% or less of AlN as a diluent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来に比べて、球状AlN粒子をより簡便な方法にて、短時間、省エネルギー、及び、低コストで製造することを可能とした球状AlN粒子の製造方法、及び、球状AlN粒子を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の球状AlN粒子の製造方法は、Alを含有した原料を、球状に造粒したうえで、窒素雰囲気下にて、燃焼合成反応を起こし、生成熱により、合成反応と焼結反応とを同時に進行させて、球状AlN粒子を生成することを特徴とする。本発明では、前記原料を、平均粒径が、10〜200μmの範囲で球状に造粒することが好ましい。また、前記原料には、希釈材としてのAlNを、45質量%以上85質量%以下含有することが好ましい。【選択図】図1
