To provide a composite molding of a nitride-based non-magnetic ceramic molding having a roughening structure thereon and other material molding.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite molding of a nitride-based non-magnetic ceramic molding having a roughening structure thereon and other material molding, in which in the non-magnetic ceramic molding, the roughening structure has unevenness, a cross-sectional shape in a thickness direction of the unevenness when being observed by a scanning type electron microscope photograph (50-400 times) includes such a shape that a tip of the projection has a curved surface or such a shape that a bottom of the recess has a V shape, the molding formed of the other material is a molding selected from a thermoplastic resin molding, a thermosetting resin molding, a thermoplastic elastomer molding, a rubber molding, a metal molding and a UV curable resin molding, and the composite molding is obtained by bringing the portion having the roughening structure of the non-magnetic ceramic molding having the roughening structure thereon into contact with the other material and integrating the portion with the molding.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】表面に粗面化構造を有する窒化物系の非磁性セラミックス成形体と他の材料成形体との複合成形体の提供。【解決手段】表面に粗面化構造を有する窒化物系の非磁性セラミックス成形体と他の材料からなる成形体からなる複合成形体であって、前記非磁性セラミックス成形体が、前記粗面化構造が凹凸を有しており、走査型電子顕微鏡写真(50〜400倍)により観察したときの前記凹凸の厚さ方向の断面形状が、前記凸部の先端部が曲面であるもの、または前記凹部の底部がV字形であるものを含んでいるものであり、前記他の材料からなる成形体が、熱可塑性樹脂成形体、熱硬化性樹脂成形体、熱可塑性エラストマー成形体、ゴム成形体、金属成形体、UV硬化性樹脂成形体から選ばれる成形体であり、前記複合成形体が、表面に粗面化構造を有する非磁性セラミックス成形体の粗面化構造を有する部分と他の材料からなる成形体が接触され一体化されているものである、複合成形体。【選択図】なし
