COMPOSITE MOLDING
To provide a composite molding composed of a non-magnetic ceramic molding and a molding of other material.SOLUTION: A composite molding is composed of a carbide-based non-magnetic ceramic molding having a roughened structure thereon and a molding of other material, in which the roughened structure has unevenness, a cross-sectional shape in a thickness direction of the unevenness when being observed by SEM (magnification of 200 times or more) is a curved surface, a wrinkle-like projection in which the curved surface of the projection is formed in the length direction or a plurality of independent holes in which the curved surface of the projection is linearly formed in the length direction are provided, surface roughness (Ra) of the tip of the projection of the unevenness is 5-40 μm, a difference (Rz) in height between the projection and the recess of the unevenness is 50-200 μm, and the molding of the other material is a molding selected from a thermoplastic resin molding, a thermosetting resin molding, a thermoplastic elastomer molding, a rubber molding, a metal molding and a UV curable resin molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】非磁性セラミックス成形体と他の材料の成形体からなる複合成形体を提供する。【解決手段】表面に粗面化構造を有する炭化物系の非磁性セラミックス成形体と他の材料の成形体の複合成形体であって、前記粗面化構造が凹凸を有し、SEM(倍率200倍以上)により観察したときに凹凸の厚さ方向の断面形状が曲面で、凸部の曲面が長さ方向に沿って形成されたしわ状突起または凸部の曲面が長さ方向に沿って線状に形成された複数の独立穴を有し、凹凸の凸部の先端部の表面粗さ(Ra)が5〜40μm、凹凸の凸部と凹部の高低差(Rz)が50〜200μmであり、他の材料の成形体が、熱可塑性樹脂成形体、熱硬化性樹脂成形体、熱可塑性エラストマー成形体、ゴム成形体、金属成形体、UV硬化性樹脂成形体から選ばれる成形体である。【選択図】図3
