To provide a track-land dual backhoe capable of performing efficient replacement work of a track bed even in a narrow space.SOLUTION: A brack-land dual backhoe includes: a traveling unit main body which comprises a wheel 1a1 for traveling on a rail R and a crawler 1a2 for traveling on the ground other than the rail R, and moves the wheel 1a1 up and down to travel on the rail with the wheel 1a1 or travel on the ground with the crawler 1a2; and a work unit main body 1b which has a work arm 1b2 provided rotatably to the traveling unit main body and also provided so as to be extensible/contractible, and performs various works by an attachment such as a bucket provided at a tip of the work arm by an operation of a worker. The traveling unit main body has an under-cutter device 11 for rotating or moving a plurality of excavating claws via a cutter device mounting base 12 to excavate or scrape a construction base surface or a track bed under a sleeper M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
