REPAIR PORTION FORMING METHOD IN STRUCTURE NARROW PORTION AND APPARATUS THEREOF
To provide a repair portion forming apparatus suitable for repairing a superstructure of an elevated concrete structure such as an elevated road by placing a repair material to a portion to be repaired of a structure narrow portion.SOLUTION: The repair portion forming apparatus comprises: a vertical formwork 1 that can be inserted vertically into a structure narrow portion; a horizontal formwork 2 that can be applied horizontally to a lower surface of a superstructure; and an inflatable body 3. The horizontal formwork 2 can be arranged on a lower part of a portion to be repaired. When viewed from the side of the structure, the vertical formwork 1 is arranged upright on a top surface of the horizontal framework 2 to surround the portion to be repaired together with the horizontal formwork 2 so as to form a corner where the vertical formwork 1 and the horizontal formwork 2 intersect. The inflatable body 3 is arranged between an end surface facing the portion to be repaired and the vertical formwork 1 so as to be inflated so that the vertical formwork 1 is prevented coming off the horizontal formwork 2, thereby enabling the portion to be repaired surrounded by the horizontal framework 2 and the vertical framework 1 to be filled with the repair material, and the vertical framework 1, the horizontal framework 2, and the inflatable body 3 are removed from the structure after the portion to be repaired is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】高架道路等高架のコンクリート構造物の上部工にて、構造物狭隘部の被補修部位へ補修材を打って補修を行うに適した補修部形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】この装置は、縦にして構造物狭隘部へ挿入することができる縦型枠１と横にして上部工の下面に当てることができる横型枠２と膨張体３とを備え、横型枠２は被補修部位の下部へ配置することができ、構造物の側面視において、横型枠２と共に被補修部位を取り囲むように縦型枠１は立てた状態にして横型枠２の上面に載せられ、縦型枠１と横型枠２とが交差するコーナーを形成し、膨張体３は、被補修部部位へ対向する端面と縦型枠１との間に配置され膨張することにより横型枠２から縦型枠１が外れるのを防止し、横型枠２と縦型枠１とに囲まれた被補修部位へ補修材を充填させることができ、縦型枠１、横型枠２及び膨張体３は、補修部形成後、構造物から取り除かれる。【選択図】図５
