To provide an inertial mass element which enables increase of resistance force and reduction of an axial length.SOLUTION: An inertial mass element includes: a case; a ball screw device; a weight; and a planetary gear mechanism. The ball screw device includes: a nut rotatably attached to the case; and a screw shaft which penetrates through the nut. The weight rotates in conjunction with rotation of the nut. The planetary gear mechanism is provided between the nut and the weight. The planetary gear mechanism includes an inner gear, a sun gear, a planetary gear disposed between the inner gear and the sun gear, and a carrier which is connected to the nut and revolves the planetary gear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
