To provide a drainage channel monitoring system and drainage channel monitoring method, and drainage channel monitoring program, capable of preventing collapse and overflow of a drainage channel by controlling drainage volumes of a plurality of drainage pumps installed in the drainage channel.SOLUTION: A drainage channel monitoring system 1 comprises: a plurality of drainage pumps 100 installed in a drainage channel that pump up drainage water from the drainage channel; a location information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring location information on at least one or more drainage pumps of the plurality of drainage pumps; a meteorological information acquisition unit 12 for acquiring meteorological information on the basis of the location information; a generation unit 13 for generating discharge abnormality information produced from the meteorological information and the location information; and a control unit 14 for controlling drainage volumes of any one or more drainage pumps of the plurality of drainage pumps on the basis of the discharge abnormality information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
