To provide a drainage channel monitoring system and drainage channel monitoring method, and drainage channel monitoring program, capable of preventing collapse and overflow of a drainage channel by controlling drainage volumes of a plurality of drainage pumps installed in the drainage channel.SOLUTION: A drainage channel monitoring system 1 comprises: a plurality of drainage pumps 100 installed in a drainage channel that pump up drainage water from the drainage channel; a location information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring location information on at least one or more drainage pumps 100 of the plurality of drainage pumps 100; a meteorological information acquisition unit 12 for acquiring meteorological information on the basis of the location information; a generation unit 13 for generating discharge abnormality information produced from the meteorological information and the location information; and a control unit 14 for controlling drainage volumes of any one or more drainage pumps 100 of the plurality of drainage pumps 100 on the basis of the discharge abnormality information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
