COATING FILM MATERIAL FOR ANODE MATERIAL, CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND ELECTROLYTIC CORROSION PROTECTION METHOD
To provide a coating film material for an anode material which suppresses deterioration of an anode material and hardly causes floating and to provide an electrolytic corrosion protection method using the coating film material.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating film material for an anode material which is used for electrolytic protection of a steel material embedded in a concrete structure and has a water vapor permeation of 0.5 to 300 mg/cm/day. There is provided a concrete construction which comprises a concrete structure in which a steel material is embedded, an anode material arranged on the surface of the concrete structure and the coating film material for an anode material which is applied on the surface of the concrete structure so as to cover the anode material. There is provided an electrolytic corrosion protection method for the concrete construction in which the steel material and the anode material are electrically connected and the electrical protection of the steel material is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】陽極材の劣化を抑制すると共に、浮きが発生しにくい陽極材用塗膜材、及び、該塗膜材を用いた電気防食工法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る陽極材用塗膜材は、コンクリート構造体の内部に埋設された鋼材の電気防食に用いられ、水蒸気透過量が0.5〜300mg/cm2・日である。本発明に係るコンクリート構造物は、鋼材が埋設されたコンクリート構造体と、該コンクリート構造体の表面に設置された陽極材と、該陽極材を覆うように、前記コンクリート構造体の表面に塗布された前記陽極材用塗膜材と、を備える。本発明に係る電気防食工法は、前記コンクリート構造物の電気防食工法であって、前記鋼材と前記陽極材とを電気的に接続して該鋼材の電気防食を行う。【選択図】なし
