To provide a steel pipe diameter conversion ring which can select the optimum steel pipe used as a steel pipe pile and a pile-like ground reinforcement body, out of steel pipes having a variety of steel pipe diameters and wall thicknesses in a tip part and in the vicinity of a pile head part, and which can easily align the central axes of steel pipes of different diameters concentrically (perform centering) in connection by welding, to achieve reduction in material cost, thereby providing a steel pipe pile and a pile-like ground reinforcement body whose cost is minimum.SOLUTION: A steel pipe diameter conversion ring includes: a first steel pipe receiving end part having a first outer diameter constituted so as to be engaged with an inner peripheral side of a steel pipe having a relatively small inner diameter, and a second steel pipe receiving end part having a second outer diameter constituted so as to be engaged with the inner peripheral side of the steel pipe having a relatively large inner diameter; and one or a plurality of seat parts provided so as to protrude from an outer surface in the middle of expanding from the first outer diameter to the second outer diameter, and constituted so as to function as a bit for drilling in the case where the steel pipe diameter conversion ring rotates axially.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼管杭や杭状地盤補強体として使われる鋼管を先端部や杭頭部近傍で、種々の鋼管径や肉厚から最適なものを選択可能とし、溶接による接続では、異径鋼管の中心軸を簡単に同心状に合わせる（センタリングする）ことのできる鋼管径変換リングを提供して、材料コストの削減を図り、コストミニマムな鋼管杭や杭状地盤補強体を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管径変換リングであって、相対的に小さい内径を有する鋼管の内周側と係合可能に構成された第１の外径を有する第１の鋼管受け端部、及び相対的に大きい内径を有する鋼管の内周側と係合可能に構成された第２の外径を有する第２の鋼管受け端部と、第１の外径から第２の外径まで拡大する途中の外面から突出するように設けられ、該鋼管径変換リングが軸回転する場合において掘削用ビットとして機能し得るように構成された１つ又は複数のコマ部とを備える。【選択図】図２
