To provide a dispersant for PC grout, which has smaller intensity variation and excellent initial dispersibility, in which long working life can be obtained, curing failures do not occur under a low-temperature circumstance, and sufficient compressive strength can be secured; and to provide a composition for PC grout and a PC grout material.SOLUTION: A dispersant for PC grout comprises the following copolymer (A): a polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer comprising a constitutional unit (1) and a constitutional unit (2), where: the constitutional unit (1) is formed with one or more selected from predetermined monomers; and the constitutional unit (2) is formed with one or more selected from a (meth)acrylic acid and/or its salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None
