To provide a noncombustible decorative board exerting its performance exceeding semi-incombustibility even when using a thin woody board.SOLUTION: A noncombustible decorative board 1 is produced by sticking a bilayer decorative material 4 which has a decorative material on a surface and includes an aluminum foil on whichever lamination position of a rear face side onto a single side or double sides of a substrate 2 comprising a woody fiber including a flame-retardant agent via an adhesive layer 3 including the flame-retardant agent. Concretely, the board can be produced from: a process of molding a woody fiber board including 10-40 pts.wt. of a water insoluble phosphorus/nitrogen-based flame-retardant agent; a process of coating an adhesive containing 10-40 pts.wt. of a halogen/antimony oxide-mixed flame-retardant agent based on 100 pts.wt. of the adhesive on the surface of the molded woody fiber board; and a process of laminating the above bilayer decorative material on the adhesive-coated face of the woody fiber board and then cold-pressing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】薄い木質基板を用いた場合であっても準不燃以上の性能を発揮する不燃化粧板を提供する。【解決手段】難燃薬剤を含有する木質繊維板からなる基材２の片面または両面に、難燃薬剤を含有する接着剤層３を介して、表面に化粧材を有すると共にその裏面側のいずれかの積層位置にアルミニウム箔を含む複層化粧材４が貼着されてなることを特徴とする不燃化粧板１であり、絶乾状態の木質繊維板重量に対して水不溶性のリン・窒素系難燃薬剤１０〜４０重量部が含有された木質繊維板を成形する工程と、成形された木質繊維板の表面に、接着剤１００重量部に対してハロゲン・酸化アンチモン混合難燃薬剤１０〜４０重量部が含有された接着剤を塗布する工程と、木質繊維板の接着剤塗布面に、表面に化粧材を有すると共にその裏面側のいずれかの積層位置にアルミニウム箔を含む複層化粧材を積層して冷圧する工程とから製造することができる。【選択図】図１
