To provide a noncombustible decorative plate which reduces the number of processes when a noncombustible decorative plate is manufactured, and can prevent scratch of a decorative layer generated when the noncombustible decorative plates are overlapped.SOLUTION: A noncombustible decorative plate has at least a decorative layer, an inorganic base material, and a resin layer which is layered directly on a side face opposite to a side having the decorative layer of the inorganic base material, is composed of one layer, and is positioned on the outermost layer in this order, wherein the thickness of the resin layer is 20 μm or more and 120 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
