To relatively lighten the burden on a person who is going in through an entrance when controlling the entry and exit of persons through the doorways.SOLUTION: A lock control device includes: a moving direction determination unit that determines whether or not there is a person approaching an entrance/exit on the basis of time-series data of captured images; a lock opening/closing determination unit for determining the opening/closing of a lock provided at the entrance/exit on the basis of the determination result of the moving direction determination unit; and a lock control unit for controlling the opening/closing of the lock in accordance with the determination of the lock opening/closing determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
