PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lock control device which can be easily and inexpensively attached to an electric lock of an existing passage door and which can improve a security function.SOLUTION: Personal identification number generation means 110 generates a personal identification number for unlocking an electric lock 210 provided on a passage door 200, and notice means 160 creates a mail in which a personal identification number generated by the personal identification number generation means 110 is described and transmits the same to a mail address described in transmission destination information stored in a transmission destination storage unit 163.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
