SCAFFOLD SAFETY MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND SCAFFOLD SAFETY MANAGEMENT METHOD
To provide a safety management device for scaffold that is used in a construction site etc., and that can be easy to attach to and detach from even a temporary scaffold, and securely manages an usable/unusable state corresponding to an inspection result.SOLUTION: An opening/closing door 2 and a safety state notification device 20 having an electronic lock 24K capable of locking/unlocking opening and closing of the opening/closing door 2 are attached to a hatch way of a temporary scaffold 1A, with door clamps 3 and a device clamp 20C, respectively. An electronic inspection table TC of the scaffold 1A is displayed on a safety management terminal 10, and when a person H in charge of management inputs inspection results for each of inspection items in the inspection table TC, it is determined whether the scaffold 1A is usable/unusable and use setting data (usable/unusable) is transmitted to the notification device 20. On receiving use setting data (unusable), the notification device 20 locks the opening/closing door 2 with the electronic lock 24K, turns on a state pilot lamp (red) 26R, and simultaneously causes a display part 25 to display an indicator message "Use prohibited" as well as a sound alarm part 27 to output a voice message "Scaffold unusable".SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】工事現場などにおいて使用される足場の安全管理装置であって、仮設足場であっても、容易に着脱可能で且つ点検結果に応じた使用可／不可の状態を確実に管理すること。【解決手段】仮設足場１Ａの昇降口に、開閉扉２を扉クランプ３により取り付け、開閉扉２の開閉を施錠／開錠可能な電子錠２４Ｋを有する安全状態報知機器２０を機器クランプ２０Ｃにより取り付ける。安全管理端末１０にて足場１Ａの電子点検表ＴＣを表示させ、点検表ＴＣの点検項目毎に管理責任者Ｈが点検結果を入力すると、足場１Ａの使用［可／不可］が判定され、使用設定データ［可／不可］が報知機器２０へ送信される。報知機器２０は、使用設定データ［不可］を受信すると、電子錠２４Ｋにより開閉扉２を施錠し、状態表示ランプ（赤）２６Ｒを点灯させると共に、標識メッセージ『使用禁止』を表示部２５に表示させ、音声メッセージ“足場使用不可”を音声警報部２７により出力させる。【選択図】 図１
