COUPLING FIXTURE FOR FACED MEMBERS
To provide the coupling fixture for the faced members that can: simplify special installation structure for connecting/fixing and connecting/fixing operation during connection; construct a structure in which each connected member is firmly and integrally connected by connecting and tightening connected members in a faced state; and maintain a structural function of the structure for many years by improving strength of the structure in response to strain stress from all directions applied to a joint part between the connected members.SOLUTION: The coupling fixture for the faced members comprises left and right sides connecting cores for fixing the connecting fixture of the faced members to faced end surface parts of the left and right sides connected members by facing each other, wherein the left and right sides connecting cores are composed of left and right sides rectangular frame bodies with upper and lower cutouts formed, a bifurcated engaging frame body that is inserted in a rectangular frame body on one side of left and right sides, and housed in a same rectangular frame body, and H-shaped fixed frame body that can be freely fitted in a substantially H-shaped recessed space in plan view of the left and right sides rectangular frame bodies and the bifurcated engaging frame body, and further, the bifurcated engaging frame body has a bifurcated arm and a base part protruding part with protruding upper and lower parts, that project from the upper and lower cutouts of a one-sided rectangular frame body into an other-sided rectangular frame body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】連結固定のための特別な設置構造や連結時の連結固定操作を簡略化することができ、被連結部材同士を対向状態で連結緊締して各被連結部材を強固に一体連結した構造物を構築することができ、被連結部材同士の結合部分に負荷されるあらゆる方向からのひずみ応力に対応して構造物の強度を向上させ、構造物の有する構造的機能を長年にわたって保持できる対向部材の連結固定具を提供する。【解決手段】左右側の被連結部材の対向端面部にに対向して固定するための左右側連結中子を備え、左右側連結中子は、上下切欠部を形成した左右側方型枠体と、左右一方側の方型枠体に挿入して同方型枠体内に収納され、その上下部に突出形成した二又アーム及び基部突出部を一方側の方型枠体の上下切欠部から他方側の方型枠体内に突出した二又係合枠体と、左右側方型枠体及び二又係合枠体の平面視における略Ｈ字状凹部空間に嵌着自在に形成したＨ字状固定枠体と、より構成してなることとした。【選択図】図４
